2025: otherwhere

otherwhere- pronoun:

(əT͟Hərˌ(h)wer) - another place, especially one that is imaginary or unknown

Books act as gateways to other places; to alien worlds, alternate timelines, faerie lands, and all manner of other magic.

They grant eternal passage to Oz, Narnia, Neverland, London Below, Wonderland, The Dreaming, Lost Hope, and an endless array of other fantastical destinations.

In many ways, Halloween does the same

Accordingly, The 2025 display attempts to use various visual metaphors to express appreciation for all of those wondrous places and their various secret entrances.

Locks & gates, keys & guides, the various stones as stand-ins for books, and of course, the moongate.

Through a wardrobe, down the rabbit hole, over the rainbow, the other side of the rain, or the second star to the right, and straight on till morning

They all lead to wondrous places that never tire of new visitors...
